I saw three ninjettes while on my way to St. Petersburg, FL today! (In a cage) And they were all on the interstate. And who said these bikes aren't good on the interstate?

First one was an 2010 SE Black and red. Was traveling towards Birmingham, Alabama on Interstate 65. If my memory serves me correct.

The second was a yellow 2004. Was traveling near Ozark, Alabama on U.S. Route 231.

Third was a black +08 with custom decals. It was parked off the interstate at a restaurant somewhere in northern Florida... I think I was still on 231 when I saw it. Can't remember. It was a very long drive.

Any of these folks on Ninjette.org???? If not they should be.

Just saw some little thug/punk on his blue 200? Ninja 250R at Cycle City. Disrespectful kid needed a serious talkin' to!

Anyway, I'm glad they went the other way on Bullsboro Dr / HWY34 or they would have seen me swerving all over the road before throwing out an erupting can of Monster Energy drink (don't worry; I picked it up)! I had just braked a little hard at a light and my dog and sealed can of Monster fell from the passenger seat into the floorboard and something instantly pierced the can causing it to spray all over the windshield, seat, door, stereo etc. My car is only two months old and now it's all sticky and looking gross.

It's even on the outside where I tried to hold it out the window while plugging it with my thumb until I could pull over. I didn't even crack open one of the two issues of Sport Rider that are now stuck closed. It was one sticky drive home. Before you ask, Chris: No, I wasn't wearing my POV DVR camera. I forgot but I'm not sure I'd share the footage if I hadn't!

Lesson learned: That never would have happened on the bike!

Oh: I say "200?" Ninja 250R because we thought it was a 2008 but the Kawasaki and Ninja logos are silver and the tires are IRC. We'll have to check the title to be sure. Perhaps it's one of the "early release 2009" models that dealers got when they had 2008 orders canceled on them. As I recall, it didn't matter if they got 1 or 12 orders canceled, they each only got 1 early release model to compensate and it came with the higher price tag anyway. I still expected them to be 2009 models on the titles though.

I flew down to washington DC on saturday and drove up to Toronto today and saw two ninjettes on Hwy 410 going north. One was a green special edition (dont remember which year) and the other one was a black. Both were 08+. You guys took a left on williams parkway. Well any way all I wanted to say was if you guys are on this forum....hi!

I asked my mother if she would take care of it for me before it set in and stained because I desperately needed sleep. I've been working too much to look closely (doin' doubles 'cause they fired someone else), but it seems that she did a great job. I need to thank her again!

I actually stopped the recording function when I got there because I mostly just use it as a driving DVR.

It wasn't staying in my ear very well so I pulled it off when I went inside Cycle City to buy/order my stuff. If it were still in my ear when I left I would have pushed the button and started the recording again, but I was just too lazy to get it on and adjusted right. I need to get a dash mount!

I wish I had it turned on when I got a speeding ticket in December when the cop said I was going 10MPH faster than I was (was wearing it as a Bluetooth headset but it wasn't recording).

I'll never learn!

Hold the phone. Saw a 2012 Candy Apple Green 250R today!! Turned right into the main entrance to ONU. Not a fan of that color until I got a chance to see it in person, in the sun. WOW!!! I really love that color!!! It's debatably better than Kawasaki green

A black new-gen at a motorcycle shop.
A black pre-gen at the local library.
A blue and silver pre-gen by Schenley Park.
A silver pre-gen around the neighborhood.

The candy apple lime was probably me. I haven't seen another on campus. It looks so good on the sunlight, MUCH better than Kawi green IMHO.

I saw two 2012 new gens this week, a red/black SE and black/yellow SE. Both look really good actually. Even though I'm partial to blue, I think Kawi picked some great colors this year.

Today I was followed by 3 bikes up Little Cottonwood Canyon as I went to get my son from his ski lesson. 2 of them were newgens - one red and one blue. Looked like slightly older models as they both had chrome exhausts. They were riding with a guy on a larger sport bike - kind of looked like he was trying to teach them how to take corners. I haven't seen too many UT riders posting here so I'm assuming they are not members

I see 250s all the time at school, but today I saw a green one today with frame sliders and a Two Brothers exhaust. It doesn't have a fender removal kit, though. I guess he has different priorities than I do.

Last week, there were four Ninja 250Rs parked together at the parking lot. Only problem is I never have a camera on me.

I'll go search around the parking lots and see if I can find it!! Rider looked new. No jacket, gloves or boots. Big chicken strips. Looked like slightly older models as they both had chrome exhausts. They were riding with a guy on a larger sport bike - kind of looked like he was trying to teach them how to take corners. I haven't seen too many UT riders posting here so I'm assuming they are not members

It doesn't have a fender removal kit, though. I guess he has different priorities than I do. Last week, there were four Ninja 250Rs parked together at the parking lot. Only problem is I never have a camera on me.
