Front fork preload adjusters
Materials:Aluminum(Duralumin) Price:¥12,600(including tax) It enables to seal the holes which is as a result of change of handlebar and to adjust preload of front fork spring. It makes sturdy underside by using with PD Fork bulb and Front fork spring at the same time. ※It gives about 5mm preload when you install it. |

nice piece, but if you want 5mm of preload, why not put a 5mm PVC pipe spacer in your forks and save about $100?
I did this back in the days of dirt bikes. I would cut different lengths of PVC spacers made out of regular PVC pipe and "tuned" the front forks by trying different lengths and finding out which work the best for your application. Type of riding, rider weight and riding style all play into what is "right" for you. also, you can play with oil height in the tubes as well as oil weight to improve/"tune" the forks. |

Good point. And pvc in ninja isn't under save pounding forces as in dirtbike.

I ordered them from K-Factory in Japan, they do respond to emails you know
Email them telling what part you want (make sure to specify color) give them your address and ask for bank transfer info etc.... Wire some money from your bank (include 4,000 yen extra for fee on their end as they want you to pay those too) and you are good to go. If these work well, I think there are 2 ways about it really. 1 is to order a good size shipment from them all at the same time to save on wire fee's and shipping costs or measure up a set and get a machine shop here in the good o'e US of A to manufacture them there by ripping off the little guy in Japan. Both have + / - |

^ given the actual market both approaches aren't really feasible.
