on my red 2008 250R
still want to get Proton flush mount front turn signals and maybe a 4300K HID headlight conversion. also want to paint the lower portion of the side fairings black and add a long white Kawasaki decal along the bottom. and powdercoat the muffler black. 2008 Ninja 250 I won't rate my own product to avoid Bias.
Theres more but I'm tired and can't think straight. I have an RPm shock, clipons, steering damper, ISR front rotor, and brembo caliper set up waiting for me. Atech mirrors on order.

1.) Directionals in pods.
2.) Cut and shaped chainguard (a bit moot with the stock dual exhaust, but I know its there). 3.) Cycle Control rearset adjusters. 4.) Harri's Shark Grips. 5.) Continental TKV 11 front tire; TKV 12 rear tire. 6.) Cut-down rear fender. Plus a Full Post-Crash Tear Up: A) Broken upper fairing removed. B) Headlight removed; replaced with fog lights from Wal-Mart. C) Flush mount LED directionals installed; mounting position not flush with anything. D) Speedometer assembly removed and replaced with bicycle computer; less awful and redneck than it sounds, I assure you. E) $5 mirror off a brand new Vulcan, chrome finish *bling-bling*

The only mods I've done on my '06 Ninja 250 are converting the bike's lighting over to LED, including fitting the outer pods with extra bulbs, and installing a Mike's EuroShield. All I've got left to convert to LEDs are the turn signals and the cluster back-lighting. Just bought the electronic flasher unit today at lunch to finish the turn signals.

The best mod that can be done is (drumroll please); mod the rider and spend the money on a track school and learn how to ride.

Tinted my headlights & indicators today. They probably do hinder the light output at night, but to counter that I'll probably ride with high beams on.

With only 380 miles on the machine the list is short.
Should have rearset extenders very soon.

Bought bike, rode bike a few thousand miles, changed the oil a few times, didn't do any mods (not even cutting the rear fender), sold bike for a nice profit.

Land speed racing is about horse power VS drag. SO I want to make the bike as small as possible. most of that involves hiding my body. I cut the tank down and moved the pegs back and the bars forward and close together. trying to hide behind the fairings, After that I lowered the front to stick the tire as far up into the fairing as possible. the rear is set to make my back flat when my chin is against the tank.
