A CFO should know better than to act like that and post it on YouTube. Give me a break.

while i understand the anger toward cfa.. as no sandmich company should hate anyone but the competition...
this guys was a total douche.. the point of a protest is that your protesting a company and not attack a sole employee trying to earn a living he talks anti-hate but is attacking this girl for where she works..

When will people learn that disagreeing does not equal hate? The whole "hate group" thing was all hyperbole: They mean "group which disagrees on definition of marriage."
I disagree with BOTH sides of the controversy and ask why the government has any business defining marriage in the first place. Marriage is cheifly religious though sometimes cultural, which is completely separate from the legal status and purpose of that status. What business do they have with couples taking religious or cultural vows to each other, whether heterosexual or gay? There's nothing stopping a same-sex couple from promising to remain committed together exclusively or making public vows to that effect, and there's a perfect answer to that question: It's because the economy and the government itself are set up to require an ever-growing population. The reason they recognize marriage is to provide an economic incentive to produce and raise a child (tax incentive). Those children will pay taxes and enter the work force and pay into the Social Security pyramid scheme that requires more paying in than drawing from. Sure, it also helps resolve legal disputes and property rights, but there are all kinds of government-recognized statuses that do that kind of thing without being called "marriage." A separate status for "property rights" (father/son, child-less couples, etc) and child rearing unit (parents + child, adoptive barren couple, etc) is really all we need. It's not like the legal system doesn't already recognize offspring as legal heirs without a marriage license. |

The only time Americans step up for national activism is when it involves fast food. Keepin' it classy.
