To the mountains I go...

And we are off! Heading back up to the North Carolina/Tn mountains on the bikes! :-) We're camping at the Iron Horse motorcycle resort again and plan to hit the now open Dragon and the Cherahala Skyway a few times. Have a wonderful weekend all! :-) Ally

Ahh, Asheville, the place hubby and I hope to live one day! We didn't go through there this time, but we do quite often on these trips. We'll keep it in mind for next time!
We're heading home a day early and leaving NC today. There is soggy, drenching rain in the forecast all day. We had a GREAT time, though the Deals Gap section of Hwy 129 was a lot busier than when part of it was closed.
Have a great day all!

We got caught out in the rain prior to this shot. I'm sure it's a combo of dirt and bugs too. I bathed the Ninj about a week before our trip...if I'd known I'd actually make Killboy's highlights, I would have at least wiped her down before this run. Oh well! Who would've thought?
