That bike is a Russian made IZH Jupiter 5-020-03.

Two stroke - two cylinders - 350 cc - Very heavy (normally attached to a sidecar).

.......Not a bike for a young teenager to learn on

..... and two-up !!!

I don't agree with the title; the only idiot was the owner of the bike.
