Front brake issue!
Hello,
I have the following issue. When i press the front lever it seems like it stucks at a specific place and when i release it it goes back to normal braking. For example i want to put 100% pressure on the brakes but it stucks and let's say it goes only 60% pressure,if i release it and pull the lever again it softens and goes normaly. Many times you can hear a noise when i pull the lever like a crack or something.I can feel the stucking place in the pump and in the brake pistons also.I have hell brake lines, new piston seals in the brake caliper and cleaned the pistons before 5k klm or smth.I have made many bleeds and it seems to dissapear in the first 10 klm and then its back.I have cleaned the brake pump also and dissamble it and i couldn't find anything.Any idea? |

You need to lubricate both sliding-pins that holds caliper to bracket (not brake-pad pins). These pins allow one-sided caliper to move laterally to centre itself over disc. Use only high-temp silicone grease. Regular axle/bearing grease will overheat, dry-up and turn into glue, causing you problems you're having.
