names and mods

no.

but i will consider any suggestions re name.

using as daily commuter (approx. 75 miles - part highway - part streets) and put another 100 miles per weekend (part attending to responsibilities, part recreational riding).

Also, I am considering riding to NYC from Boston once a month for meetings. Any comments on this?

For mods, any put on lower clip-ons (e.g. woodcraft)?

How about zero gravity or other wind screen - i have read some posts on it - any comments on whether provides better wind protection? how does it effect handling?

also read a lot about 15 tooth sprocket - how much better milage? how much different in other riding dimensions?

Boston Rocks! I just finished the BCN book. It's a great biker area with great roads and great weather. I know most riders have Harleys but, what do they know? The 250 is faster in the corners!

harleys?

exactly.

way too many harleys. but most harley owners don't ride that much, they mainly look at them parked in front of a bar (lol); so they don't clog the roads up too much.

thanks.

The best way to deal with this is to ride so that the Harley rider can see you in his mirror. Maybe even wave to him. He will then turn off into the nearest side street or Dunkin' Donuts parking lot so that he will not be associated with you.

i was not sure the hd's had engines. i thought they were like coffee table books - just a frame, a lot of chrome, and a piece the owners show to their friends in their living rooms or garages (garages without tools); also, something to sit on with their hd brand t-shirts, brief cases, key chains, etc. in front of bar or dd.

you taught me something ... they r actual are capable of locomotion

lol

welcome! glad to see another Mass rider.

I have not been out in the warmer weather. I typically wait for a few good soaking rains to clean up the salt, and the street sweepers to come out and pick up the gravel and misc. bits from the potholes. Looking forward to getting out soon, my car needs a new clutch so I may be forced to ride soon while the car is in the shop.

My bike is still in the garage. I'm at 8000 miles so I need to check my valves before I really get going.

Back roads to Merrit Parkway or Ferry to Long Island.

Harleys suck, unless you have one (or more) then they are great!
