Aftermarket speedometer that works with cluster (2008)

So I bought and have been disappointed by a used speedometer that's 7 mph slow and has got stuck a couple times. There are too many miles on the ones online and I feel like unless I get something new, I'll be disappointed. Has anyone found a speedometer that wit minor modding would fit into the stock cluster (like how it looks)

How much money do you want to spend? Koso RX-2N is awesome for our bikes because they make a plug and play kit, we're really lucky in that regard. If you get it directly from Koso, they will set the mileage for you.

Here's mine.

How's it fit in the dash, any adjustments needed or does it slide right in.

That mounting plate is made for the 250 by Koso, it literally bolts right in.

Plus buying the plug n play kit along with the mounting plate ensures a simple swap to the upgraded gauge. Really easy install.
