Talking Another 650r owner

Well I didn't have my two fiddy for long, but after having some carb issues and an expensive repair bill, the dealer worked a deal to get me into a 650r for just a little more than I was paying for the 250. I'll miss my mighty 250, but I'm loving the 650. I have already put 500 miles on it in two weeks! It has more than enough power but still has been very forgiving when I make my newb mistakes.

I plan on remaining fairly active in this forum as it's a great resource for everything to do with riding. Plus one day when I'm making a bit more money, I'll probably rejoin the 250 ranks and get one as a second bike.

here are the pics of the "green monsta"

Nice!

I used to think the 650R was ugly, but the more I see it, whether in pics or in person, the more I love it.

I was the same way. But after seeing it a dealer a few times in person, it really grew on me. I still think the 250 looks better, but I really like how the 650 performs.

What, I see 'em all the time.

Now, try spotting the elusive ER-6n...

You gonna come out to a group ride some time? There's another Harley one in a month or so?

I'm hoping to. I've met up with a few members at the SNS meets on thursdays. Now that I'm more comfortable riding, I'll try to go for a group ride. I usually work weekends as I work for an airline, but I can always try to get that day off.

As for the naked version, I have yet to see one ha. I have only seen one other 650r though. I see more 250's and zx6r's in the employee parking lot. Lately I have been surrounded by two zx6r's. I love the look of that bike, but I know I'm nowhere near ready for that.
