missing fork clamp bolt

I believe my 07 bike is missing one fork clamp bolt and 2 bolt dust covers.

Where can I get replacements?

I have a noob question. I can't tell if the bolt is #92001, but that would be upside down, is it?

In case we're not talking about the same thing here. It's the bolts beneath the 4 bolt covers between the two forks. (not my pic)

the bolts behind the dust covers in the red circles. Is that #92001. Sorry, I don't understand the exploded view.

[edit] Ok, nevermind. I found it in here

I'll place an order asap. A quick question.. I'm inexperienced with a torque wrench and torque values. How do they work?
