What are these brackets for?
What are these brackets for? Are they for the nose fairing, and possibly explain alignment issues?

i think it's for the water overflow bottle mount
or maybe those are actually just the rear middle fairing mounts

You do know you can bend it back. Take some pictures of what you have and the alignment.
