Its personal preference whether you'll be uncomfortable or not, go sit on the bike and see what happens.

At 5'9” you will be fine on a Ninja the bigger bikes tend to be wider because of the I4 motor but the distance from seat to bars is the same so don't worry.

I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs. On the current gen bikes, I don't feel too big on it or uncomfortable at all.

6'3" and 185 here....Im quite comfortable on it, even for those 200mile trips up the interstate that weve been taking lately.
I plan on putting clip-ons on mine, because Id like to have to reach a little more for the bars, and perhaps some rearsets to get my knees down a little lower. I can tell you this....at 5'9"..its gonna fit you like a glove. |

the engine may be smaller, but it is still designed to fit a human.

Fits me fine and I'm 5'10" and close to your weight, very comfortable and easy to get on and ride, I am gonna modify the seat though cause it gets uncomfortable for me sometimes

I'm 6'2" and 270 and the bike fits me well enough, though clip-ons would be nice both for feel and slightly better ergos, and the engine pulls me well enough. Why do you think you would have fitment issues?
