Rear-Alert Problem

As some of you are familiar with the nocutmodulator on our 250's. Mine seemed to have stopped working tonight after a short ride to the other side of town. I recently washed my bike last week and have not noticed any problems. More than likely due to the fact that i do not look at my rear brake while riding. i tried unplugging the unit and re-installing but no luck.

any suggestions?

Is the bulb itself still good?

if the bulb checks out, inspect that the rear brake light switch is adjusted properly. it's located down next to the rear brake pedal.

First thing I would do would be to disconnect the nocutmodulator and see if the break light still works. If it does then you know the nocutmodulator has gone bad (or at least part of it) and replace it.

Yeah, the bulb works perfectly guys. i contacted the supplier and they are letting me swap it out for a new one. Apparently there was a resistor problem in a batch of 200. But, thanks anyways!
