Exhaust leak on the right side

Basically I did my weekly warmup/quick neighborhood ride of my track 250 today (because I hate winterizing and find this to be a lazier approach)

and I noticed something, though I've seen it before. There is a slight leak in the right exhaust can of what I believe is fuel and some air flows through it as well.

Currently I don't believe it to be severe and it feels like something a little silicone sealant can fix but I'm wondering if this can be a symptom of a bigger problem. So far I have had no issues with the bike (other than soft suspension) and don't anticipate having issues but it's better to be sure.

also- gas doesnt stop aging because you use some of it. leaving old gas in there is bad even if you start it now and then... the important thing to think of is how old is that gas. +4 months? dump it into a gas can and stick it in your car.

Can you feel the exhaust leak with your finger when the bike is running? (Obviously not touching the hot exhaust with one's finger). Or does it visually appear that there's been seepage in the past?

Link to original page on YouTube.

I took the video while warming it up
the smoke is from the fact that it was ~35 degrees out at the time that I was warming it up.
I rode the bike around after in my neighborhood for ~5-10min with 0 issues.

Is it a hole due to corrosion?

A budget, lazy man's fix: furnace cement. Are track tech inspectors savvy to cheesy fixes?

A tech inspector at a track doesn't really look there as it's not really a safety concern

the gap appears to be a result of the exhaust mount being bent slightly out of place

Found the reason for the leak

the exhaust bolts on to the passenger peg, or rather where the peg goes. The right side passenger peg was missing it's bolts so it was moving out of position slightly which created a gap. Just grabbed a few bolts from my bin and putting it where it should be stopped the leak
