Handle bar set up! Help..help...

WHAT IS THE BEST POSITION FOR ADJUST THE AFTERMARKET HANDLE BAR?
What is the correct height of the handlebars? Up, or down? (sports bikes have it down), and what is the correct position, forward or backward?
What is the recomendation for keep stable the motorcycle during the ride?

No single answer to that question. The right height and position is the one that's most comfortable for that particular rider. Depending on where the aftermarket ones are mounted, either above or below the triple-tree, it limits where they can be without needing to modify the bodywork or use longer cables.

Check out some of the threads in the DIY Sticky listing at the top of the tech section; I think there are a few different handlebar install threads that might give you some ideas.

This is installed above the triple-tree. I Can adjust very bakward and very low without modify nothing.

The location of the bars does not affect the stability of the bike. The only way you're going to affect stability is if you move the forks up or down in the triple tree clamps. If you leave the fork tubes alone the bike will remain stable.

People say that if you put on low/forward bars it changes the bike's handling noticeably. I believe that's just perception, something called "the placebo effect" in English. Don't know what the Spanish term for it might be.

Set the bars so they're most comfortable for you. That's all you need to do.
