EBC Pro HH Brake Pad - anyone? ** OR ** another one?

I ordered brake pads for my bike and they sent EPFA208HH which doesnt fit. Interestingly, online websites show the same part #. If any of you are using EBC pads please lmk what part number it is.

OR, if you guys are using different brands, please lmk what they are.

The EBC part numbers for the 2008+ 250R are:

FA197 (most gentle street pad, not a great choice for many riders)
FA197HH (sintered - similar to stock pads, good performance)
EPFA197HH ("extreme pro" line pads, supposed to be best performance for race pads)

These guys sell all 3 compounds:

Which online website listed 208 as fitting a Ninja 250?

VESRAH

If it's a really fast track they'll smoke the rotors but if its only moderately sized like chuckwalla then you'll be fine. $35 from kurveygirl.com

You mean the EBC Pro HH pads will destroy the rotor?

no, I'm saying that some of the AFM guys have had the vesrahs crack the rotor when they race thunderhill (super fast track) because the vesrahs have such a high friction compound.

It makes for a really light lever to get a lot of braking, which I like, and isn't a problem because chuckwalla is fairly easy on brakes.

The EBCs you have to use more braking force to get the same effect but I think they don't wear the rotors as much when hot. Much like the galfers.

Got it, Thanks ! ... My contact gives me very good pricing on OEM stuff & certain aftermarket stuff, EBC pads being one of them. Much cheaper than the online link posted.
