Man, I'm addicted to learning stuff about it. I suppose it is always great to learn about the past. I love finding out how our ancestors used to live on a daily basis.

Man we all have it so easy these days. I don't want to take anything for granted. Plus, I love the outdoors.

Still plan on getting my small garden going, making a tiny fire pit, and learn more bushcrafting skills. I recently picked up a small survival book with some very cool stuff in it. Also snagged three books on wild plants. One covers what is edible, another for medical purposes, and the last was just typical backyard plants that can be used.

I also think it would be awesome skills to have when my wife and I go camping. I tend to prefer a more minimalist approach when it comes to camping, she loves having an air mattress. hahaha

Still, I love the whole thing of learning that stuff. Traps, dead falls, snares, all of that is just cool.

Lol I also need an air mattress when camping. Not that I go camping too often....my ridiculously loud snoring makes me a pretty undesirable camping buddy
