New Yoshi slip on - leak? Help!

Hey fellas,

Just installed my yoshi slip on, and the tail touches the stock header or w/e it's called and it is clamped all the way.

There is still a minimal amount of air coming from the space in the picture below/attached. I have tightened everything, and it is as far down as it can go. The clamp is pretty tight too.

Is this normal?

Is there a gasket there? Is there still a leak after everything warms up?

No there is no gasket there.

Everything is clamped on as tight as can be, and yes it still leaks (slightly, but I can feel it on my hand when throttled) when heated up.

Is this a major issue?
