No I love Miata's. I like the early 2000's Miatas. Classic 90's shape, but cool headlights. Plus they're light and fun without being terrible on gas and over powered. Miatas are to sports car what the ninjette is to sport bikes.

^YES. It took me a while to make that connection because I always thought of ninjettes being the civics of bikes. But then I started really looking into them (and not dismissing them as hairdresser cars), and I noticed the striking similarities.
Great in the corners Not too fast, but still enjoyable, in a straight line Good MPG Affordable Lots of performance aftermarket, rather than "bling" aftermarket So there. Get an NB (2nd gen) Miata if you want something newerish (the NC is pigfat), or late NA (92-94 IIRC) for the pop-up headlights with a 1.8 (as opposed to a 1.6).
