Chain Lube

Hi i have a question i'm going to be riding my bike everyday to work and back and well all over the place in the rain alot to coz it's going to be winter here or the fall as most of u know... How offen does the chain need to be lubed when riding in all season weather...

The recommended interval is 600 to 800km, which has been a good number for me, so far. If they're particularly nasty conditions, keep it on the low end of that, or every 500km.

I have one of these

It takes a bit of time to work out how to set it, but once it's set give it a top up every so often & you're good. It adds a drop (23µl) of lube to the rear sprocket every minute or so.

I topped mine up, went home (across england & wales) & then went touring in Ireland & back again (1100 miles in a week) and there was still some left when I got back.
