FS Alpinestars Stage Leather Jacket Size 36/46

Hey all,

I bought a Alpinestars Stage Jacket on eBay last year and was too small. The jacket has some minor rash along the front lower zipper. It has been sitting in my closet since and think I was going to buy a bike last year, never got around to it. Instead, I took the money and bought a road bike.Long story.....

Asking $125 OBO

Specs:
1.2 to 1.4mm full-grain leather for excellent abrasion resistance
Multiple stitched main-seam construction for maximum tear resistance
Removable CE-certified shoulder and elbow protectors
Ergonomically placed Schoeller stretch Cordura® panels and leather flex zones
Perforated front leather panels for ventilation
YKK Semi Auto Lock zippered wrist closures
Removable thermal vest
Microinjected logos
Connection zipper allows attachment to selected Alpinestars leather pants
Back compartment with foam back pad (CE-certified RC back protector available separately)

Not much activity by the OP lately, but according to Alpinestars size chart this jacket is equivalent to an eXtra Small.

Very nice jacket! Wish it were solid black and a size 38. I would totally buy it! It looks like it's in great shape.

What size build are you? I'm 5'10", 130 lbs. I would LOVE this, if that will fit me.

I think it might be too small for you. You're tall and lean, so you would probably need a 38 or 40.

The 38 and 40 would be extremely baggy. Based on the chest size and waist size, 36 would fit. Hopefully OP can clarify. Consider it sold if it fits me.

That size appears to be for someone 5'9" , and I'm 5'10", so I should be fine.

You really think the 36 is going to fit you??? I mean I hope it does, but maybe the owner can clarify a bit more. The research I have done for my size says I would fit into a 38 perfectly. 36 would be too small and a 40 would be too big. I am 5'8" 140lns. with a 29" waist. IDK, I could be wrong, though.

Alpine stars says its for 5'9" rider, 36.5" chest, 29.something waist, and 32" "stomach."

I pretty much fit that description, other than being an inch taller than recommended. I am extremely slim, and find a lot of jackets to be really baggy in the arms. If anyone has any info that would contribute to some clarification, please let me know. My friend who is my height but at lease 20 lbs heavier wears a 40. I think he's got more than 20 on me though.

I can tell you from personal experience that Alpinestars stuff runs small. I'm a small in most brands but am a medium for Alpinestars gear. I'm 5'10" 145 lbs. Jacket size 38-40.

Its not a little long on you? I'm screwed on the sizing if you're not.

Your original post says it was too small? How long is your torso? And how long is the jacket top to bottom?

Sorry for all the questions lol.
