Lubing Cables

Just wanted to ask what the members of this forum have used successfully to lube their cables. Is it fine to use spray-type chain lube?

WD40.... you have to re-apply every couple months, but it works a treat.

Cable lube works better than WD-40 so lubing can be done less often. Get a cable luber, a little block that clamps to the end of the cable and has a port for injecting the lube using the straw that comes with the lube.

I use WD-40 to clean the cables then put silicone spray. It repels water so that's always a plus.

I use WD40 until the crap comes out the other end of the cable clean, then I spray in bicycle lube. That stuff is perfect for everything.

I wish there was a Ninjette specific DIY cable lube video… I'm a noob and would be confident if there was a video/instructions to follow

I've used the Dupont Teflon Lubricant. I've only used the "Dry" stuff though as I haven't bought anymore since they've changed it.
