My "new" bike is a 2006 Ninja 250, 3200 miles on it, been sitting quite a bit the past five years (not unusual), so I've been going over it and fixing and adjusting this and that. It does have a running problem that I'm trying to track down, will post up in the tech talk forum.
Kurt

Hello Kurt, welcome to the board!
99% of 250s that have a problem running properly need a thorough carb cleaning and these carbs are not simple to get thoroughly clean. |

Thanks, all. I heard something about "riding a slow bike fast instead of a fast bike slow" which is my usual.
I've had the carbs off and apart and sonic cleaned them, I expect to do it again soon! I'm correcting the PO's botches, maybe I haven't found them all lol ...

^^ Thanks, thanks.
Well, I've got the carbs apart -- again -- only the second time -- may not be the last. Will post up some news and questions in Tech Talk.
