Greetings from Pacific NorthWet coast

It's pretty lonely over at Ninja250.org these days.

I've put a bit over 20K on my EX250F. Has been an over acheiving little bike with a few mods.

Now starting a 296cc stroker motor swap. I'm gonna run it on carbs and will be looking for EX250J CDI wiring info and harness parts. ...because the timing advance of the carb'd 250J is closer to the injected 300 motor's timing spec than the timing of the stock 250F's CDI.

Thanks.

Welcome, Jason! Document your swap, there are certainly some good threads here that have done likewise. I keep waiting for my 250 to pop so I can do the same

I couldn't wait any longer. At 24K on clock and only add 1 -2 K/yr. At Ninja250.org is a testimony from an owner going over 80K on original motor.

I almost bought an 'S' this summer. Looked at it on C'list too long (2 or 3 weeks!). When I called, a buyer had an appointment to see it the next day. Of course it sold.

Your bike looks familiar. Mine was de-flamed by previous owner.

Welcome aboard!

A lot of forums has been pretty lonely over the last decade or so. Seems to be the trend with social media groups taking over.
