2007 Ninja 250 question part 2

Ok so everythings is going great with my bike but I was going to take it to work today. When my speedometer and the mirrors just flop down to the side.

I noticed that the metal bracket that holds together broke off. Does anyone know the part number or where i could get it replaced?

Thanks to JONO i will use his picture:

its that bracket type with where a bolt goes through...and the middle part looks like cause of rust broke off. I wish i could take pics but probably later.

no jb weld, real weld. If you dont have a welder or a friend with a welder willing to help your best bet would be to get a new bracket.
