selling question

is it better to certify for the buyer? i figured it'd be easier, but someone told me to sell 'as is' so they cant come back if something goes wrong later... can they do that?

There is nothing wrong with disclosing what you know but you should always include the "as-is" for those things you didn't know about. Standard practice for everything from homes to motor cycles.

oh the bike is fine, i just thought it'd be easier to certify it while my plates are still on it. but a friend said dont bother, sell as is
