Sprocket ratio

Hey wanted to ask how do you all feel about changing the front sprocket to 13t (instead of 14t) or changing the rear sprocket to 46t (instead of 42t).
I want to change it to gain more toque for the track because i don't really get to the top speed at the track and i feel that i need more power coming out of turns/corners.
I would like to hear some recommendations about the subject .
Thanks :"D

Plug your info into the calculator here - https://www.gearingcommander.com/ - and you will see the effect of gearing changes.

could not break 100 mph in stock gearing, on our front straight.
added teeth to the rear and now 100 is doable

I've found that at the track, the shift points are as important as the overall ratio. Whatever you do, avoid things like having to shift mid-turn, for example.

yeah, I lowered gear-ratios slightly compared to stock and added +22% more power in order to redline top-gear at track ~105mph
