Bogging/dying on throttle
So I am back unfortunately, before hand i was having trouble with idling or even starting. Thanks to everyone here an all research I got this fixed.
Now i am gaving issues with my bike bogging and or stalling on throttle. I re-cleaned the entire carburetor (again) with carb cleaner an compress air even letting somethings soak for a short time. Used a guitar string to clean the jet. Nothing was plugged up. (everything was replaced about a month ago but hey never hurts to clean). The air filter was cleaned, new OEM spark plugs and fresh gas. I sprayed a little ether just to see if anything was leaking causing RPM to increase an I got nothing. I dont see a filter anywhere on the bike (if theres suppose to be one) |

Carbs...carbs...carbs...
Something isn't right. Did you remove the idle mixture screws and clean the passages? O-rings on the screws look good? Set to 2.5 turns out for starters? Carbs bench synced they checked with gauges? Did you check all the small holes in jet and jet holder? Is the Needle Jet (collar) in place? https://faq.ninja250.org/images/e/eb/Jim_carb_2.jpg Rubber diaphragms in good shape? Slides rising and falling correctly? Ducatiman doesn't like Starter Fluid (Ether) as it's bad for the plastic and rubber parts. There should be a fuel filter inside the fuel line at the carb inlet that should be checked and replaced if needed. Check that the petcock is flowing properly and the vacuum line to it is in good shape and attached firmly. Read through this section for more ideas - https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Cleaning_the_carbs_1 |

Stick up and are visible when in place - https://faq.ninja250.org/images/b/b0...connection.jpg Labeled "Jet Needles" in that photo, but I would say "Needle Jet" is correct. The "Jet Needle" is the "Needle". |
