Front Fork Repair ?

So I took the forks off of my 2008 ninja 250 and it turns out they are not bent but they give wayy too easily when "bounced." I am wondering what this problem might be and what I can do to fix it? Or how much it would cost for me to take them into a mechanic? I know somebody that might be able to cut me a deal but if I can save money fixing the problem myself, I don't see why I should hire someone else to do it for me.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

could be because there is no plug caps on the forks, no oil, low oil, no spring, weak spring, broken seal.....

Both of them do this? Look up the fork seal DIY and try rebuilding them.

Also before I disassembled it, the front wheel would wobble when I let go of the handle bars. The wheel is trued. I am wondering if this could have anything to do with the fork. Like I said, it is not bent at all... but the suspension is shot.

One of the forks gives much easier than the other, but they both push in too easily.

Mine does that after I put a couple thousand miles on new tires.
