I was going to wait until the riding season was over, but instead I went ahead and did it.

I put my Vulcan 500 up on craigslist for trade for a ninja. Hoping for a ninja+cash.

But anyways yeah, I like the Vulcan but I don't like the seating position. At just under 1k miles on it I've decided it really isn't my style of bike. So I would rather be on a ninja for a while.

Thought I'd share this. I should have just waited and started directly on a Ninja. Hoping to be putting around on one before long

Good luck. I am a new ninja rider and I love it. Riding my old cruiser was fun but the ninja is MUCH better.

Good thing for me is learning how the engine acts shouldn't be to bad. The Vulcan is literally a sport bike engine in a cruiser body. I'll just have about 4k rpm more to ring out lol
