Cool idea man...

Reminds me of the Apple Newton. Nice idea, but we just aren't there yet. As of this post, there are 9 days left of the fundraising, and they have only $5,718 out of $150,000. That being said, I can't see $150,000 doing much anyways. More power to them though, it sure would be cool if it were viable.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I can't find a good spot on my 6R for a gps. I thought how cool it would be if it was projected like a f16 fighter pilots info - on the inside of the visor. How awesome would that be? Also displaying speed etc? It's probably only a matter of time before we see these on a more primitive level.

Information overload. I don't see this being a good product for the masses.

the day recon releases something for bike helmets i will buy one, i would absolutely love having a HUD for gps, the bikes dash, hell it would be even more sweet if we could put a live feed cam to the back of the bike too so you will at all times see infront and behind.

^^^ Too much info to deal with at once. How many people get into accidents every year because they can barely manage to breath and operate a vehicle at the same time without getting overwhelmed?

Yeah, pass on that one. Too much of a distraction. I don't want to be on the road with people using that.
