In just put the CVS clock on my bike and it looks like it was meant to be there. It is replacing a very similar clock from Walmart that was a little too big for my liking. The one from CVS is absolutely perfect if you mount it on the triple tree. It even fits the styling of the bike perfectly. Cheap investment, excellent mod. $6.23 out the door for me.

It is a cheap water-tight watch from Walmart. I removed the band and used a dremel tool to remove the tabs that held the band on making it perfectly round. A small piece of 3M double-sided tape made for outside applications and stuck to the yoke bolt head and... A near stock looking clock!!!

It sticks up a little from the side profile but it's perfect from the cockpit view. One of my most functional mods by far!!!

Just want to thank Kevin for posting up the info on the CVS clock. I bought one the other day and it's the best $6 I ever spent.

The CVS clock really does look like it belongs on the bike. It was an excellent find. Thanks.

Finding it being the biggest problem...

I've been to 6 CVS in the area and none had it. I could order it from their website and pay an extra $6 in p&p, but it ain't such a bargain then...

Yeah, I was lucky. I was able to find the clock at the 2nd CVS that I tried. You might be able to just call around and simply ask them if they have an automotive section. That should simplify things.

I thought I posted this before but maybe it was another forum.

http://www.clocks4bikes.com/Ninja250R.html

They are a little bit more pricey than a cheapo wrist watch, but I think they look really sharp.

iamramekin has a couple videos about them posted and is even hosting a giveaway for some right now. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to promote his giveaway so I won't link the video, but it's on his YouTube channel.

RAM mount holding cell phone. But I agree, Kevin2109's clock looks like the best stick-on option so far

Can you show the iPhone mount? I have one too and I'm interested.

This is my clock, approx 7 buks. attached with velcro.

Custom iphone mount? How about a ram mount that works with any iphone/ipod/Samsung Galaxy S/nexus S etc...

Kevin's clock find was my choice too, good find man. I added a little color-rite paint to mine. Wish it had a indiglo type feature but for as much as I ride at night it's fine. It's nice to know how late I am now...

Just got Kevin's clock at my local CVS. The gunmetal grey case is a perfect match and looks OEM. Perfect!. Thanks.
BTW it connects with velcro so you can take it with you if you want. Not that I care about it getting stolen since it only costs $6.00, but if it was raining, I might want to take it off.

Heres what I got for $2 from Ace Hardware.

I was going to mount it on the bolt but that was more work than it was worth.

My Clock Mod

Found an old wrist watch in my dresser drawer of crap. Decided two years ago that I wanted to put it on my bike then we had the house fire.

So I finally pulled the wrist straps off and used some 3m tape to put it right between the handlebars under the ignition key slot.

And yes it looks like it used to be a wrist watch, but the colors are kinda snazzy and its got an alarm on it, stop watch, and illumination button for night time.

If I decide that I dont like this look i'll prob stop at cvs on the way home =P

Personally I like the smaller numbered clocks like mine better. It matches the numbering on the gauges. I bought another clock with a much larger display at Rite Aid for $4 but then decided the display was too large and a smaller display would go with the bike better.

Thanks for your feedback guys, i picked up one today from cvs. It's a little tight fit on the pre-gen, will see how it holds up. It sure does look good.

I bought one from Target that's also by BELL but it's the square one and it doesn't fit...So I put it in my accord and it doesn't like to be in direct heat with the windows up cause it turns black when it gets too hot...it takes a long time to cool down and work again

I'm gonna check PepBoys later, I'm starting to think I'm just not meant to know what time it is while riding my bike
