tweaked front end?
Bought a bike for a track build pulled fairings off necer noticed till today after gettin back fromgetting it tuned but the whole front end looks tweaked or am I seeing crap. Previous owner claimed the bike has never been down still had factory fairings and no visible scuffs or scratches or rash to the chassis anywhere.

Use a plumb and verify that what the diagram shows is not happening.

Everything looks fine from the stem back. The triples forks and front wheel look kicked tho. |

Make sure the forks are not twisted in the top and lower triples. With the top and lower not being aligned it could possible give that appearance.
edit: just saw your picture. lower triple may be bent. Left fork (right in picture) did move as you can see from the rust. Are the top forks showing equal lengths exposed?

Wait. Are you using a trackside rear stand? Because the angle of your bike is similar to mine on that cheapo stand. And my bike isn't tweaked.

Found the problem. Apparently these little frames cant take a fall in the back of a truck.

Yes the steering head is twisted.
You can twist it back with enough leverage through the head and strong anchoring of the frame to the ground. No heat; protect the bearings' seats from deformation. http://www.dansmc.com/steering_tool1.gif The bike must have fallen hard.

You need to take it to a frame straightener like we do in SoCal. We use Mackie welding but I'm not sure what you have in your area. You really need to know what your doing to do this job right.

Alot better I feel ok riding it now... and it was a pain in the ass. Anchored eye hooks in the floor strapped the bike down as tight as possible heated up everything thays blue (in the pic) til it was glowing. Made sure I wasnt heating up the stem it self. 5 foot 40lb 1.25" diameter steel bar and about 160 lbs of human hangin on it. Gonna weld some braces on it later.
