Any luck finding me a CPB Ducati ducktail in the near future?

I've been idle in the forums lately but I am still wanting to purchase it along with a CPB hugger and an exhaust hanger from you.

Matt, will the new undertail exhaust work with either the original Sportisimoto undertail or the new one?

Hey Matt, you'll start shipping them out soon?
Btw, how's the CF quality as seen in person? I only saw one blurry picture awhile back.

The quality is pretty good especially for the price. I would have like an extra clear coat on it but it is super glossy. Hoping to have everything out tomorrow.

Undertail exhaust update. We are going to throw down and compete with the big boys. Our undertail is going to be produced by the factory that makes some of Yoshimuira's top end exhausts. The price is going up as a result but these exhausts will be flawless and in the price range of the other top exhausts.

Also, what kind of frame sliders will be compatible with this exhaust, and your race bodywork? any idea yet?

^^^ I don't think there is any pic to show yet esp when it is made across the pond.

Ztrack, if all it needs is a coat of clear then it's all good. I can sand it with 350 grid and spray a couple of clear for it. Thanks

I would clear it for longevity. Because I do not believe it is. But I am not a painting expert.

I have contemplated getting a ZX6 undertail exhaust and trying to see how I could mod it to work, but I have a feeling that yours will look better and be cheaper in the long run....that and it will be made for our bikes

If only there were a way to get that undertail exhaust look without increasing the dB.

How much louder than stock? My hearing is so bad that I don't want anything that could make it worse. I don't wear earplugs so I can hear my Bluetooth kit and a loud exhaust would hurt my ability to hear it as well.

Ok $110 shipped on the remaining undertails I have. They all have slight cracks in the paint in the weak spot on the undertail most are not noticeable. The are also in a spot where they are not visible when mounted. There fore they are $25 off.

Ya also it should be noted the hugger we make will not play nice with the undertail exhaust.

More details on this point please.

Is clearance the issue? Or would the hugger get too hot?

it would be nice if 250r undertail's muffler is oval shaped since (IMHO) I think the oval shape muffler look more at home there then the round one...like this one on my 600rr.

What about that other, GSX-R styled, one from Indonesia? The hugger part is much lower, shorter, and further back, IIRC.

Here's a few pics of another 250 undertail exhaust. Comparing Matt's pic to the 2nd and 3rd pic, it seems that the Sportisi exhaust pipe doesn't bend upwards as much. So I'm guessing if there are clearance issues, it will be due to the pipes and not the exhaust unit itself.

I'm thinking any undertail exhaust or hugger will be an interesting combo on the 250 due to the tiny space in the rear on our bikes.
