Ninja 300 Special Edition - Only a paint job?

My 250's been having a lot of woes lately so I'm looking for a new 300. The shops in Spain don't list a special edition however - only a "Performance" model.

Is the paint job the only difference on a SE? All the reviews I read had ABS - is that only with the SE? The Performance model sold here includes ABS, Leo Vince exhaust, seat cowl, double bubble screen, rimstripes and a tank pad, for an extra 400 euros.

I don't see it on the US site...would this be the same as the special edition?

Edit: I likely wouldn't buy the SE...however the performance extras seem to be worth the extra cash, considering how hard it is to find parts around here.

In the US, the SE model is just a different paint job. But, ABS is only offered, as an additional option, on that SE model. With any luck, in future years there will be ABS offered on different color schemes as well.

If the exhaust is a full exhaust and the ecu has been tuned then do it

It says the exhaust was modified by Kawi to pass EU noise / pollution regs. I suppose the ECU's been adjusted. This is from the official website, must be an ES-exclusive offer.

A quiet Leo Vince eh? I like.

Ask the dealer if it has stock headers or lea Vince headers

Dealer said its only a slip-on. Still, it's valued at 329 euros in the catalogue. Not a huge fan of the stocker so it's likely I'll pick it up.
