Can't say enough good about New Enough..

I recently made my third purchase from them.. first bought my textile jacket, and then my helmet...

I recently bought the Fieldsheer High Flow 2 Mesh jacket after seeing it on their site and then this thread here on this forum.

Anyway.. as I wrote before, the jacket that I received had some 'excess threads' hanging off it.. after thinking about it, I called NewEnough and told them about it. Without question, they sent out another jacket and return package info for the one I already had.

The jacket I received next was pretty much the same. I spoke to NewEnough again, and I was told that it 'should' be okay to snip the ends off carefully.. but if there was an issue then I should call them back.. so I did just that.. snipped some of the ends off....

wore the jacket once on a short trip.. noticed that one of the double stiches was starting to come undone.. so I called them again. No questions, no problems. They are sending another one out and this time the rep was going to check on the jacket before it shipped.

I got it today and it looks good. My thanks go out to Aaron at NewEnough for the help. Never did I feel like I was a bother. Never was I questioned.. it seemed like my satisfaction was the most important thing.

I don't work for NE.. I have no interest in making this post other than to let you all know about my experience. I remember on here that someone had a problem with a helmet not fitting right from another retailer and they had a horrible experience, so I figure it is nice to hear something positive.

Because of this, I'll be shopping at NewEnough for everything I need. They definately deserve my business, and not just because of their prices.

Adam

<broken record here>... New Enough is great!!! I buy all my stuff there. Customer service is top notch, prices are reasonable, closeout prices are a give away and shipping is fast and easy, as are returns.

In my book-

I recently made my 5th purchase from them. I cant say anything about customer service since I've never had the need to deal with them. All i can say is when i buy something, it gets here on time! It's good to know that the great service will be there if I ever need it.

i got my helmet from new enough and they give you $10 credit if you review which is nice (and easy). The only thing I don't like is the layout of their site.

i've had nothing but good experiences with new enough as well.

unfortunetly for me, they're in texas, so I have to pay taxes on purchaces. kinda bumps up their prices and makes it harder for them to be competitive for us texans.

Just a thought..... If the jacket has threads that can barely stand up to wind, maybe they might not fair so well against pavement?

motorcyclecloseouts.com has the shark rs1 for $150... which is a bargain. My head doesn't fit into those... Too narrow so I cant get glasses in or headphones without a lot of pain. and I think im in between sizes, oh well.

I thought the same thing until I used my NE discount on that Shoei backpack listed for $81, and after the discount was applied, the final price was $71 dollars. +10000000 for NE.

I still need gloves and boots, pants and maybe another jacket. Im wearing my dads boots, they're ok, im also wearing his leather jacket, its really nice and thick but theres a huge HARLEY DAVIDSON patch on the back which is not so nice (I always carry a backpack so its not too bad). My other jacket is a mesh yoshi jacket but its only for hot weather, I tried riding in it at night and its freaking cold... I came back in after a minute to change jackets.

Im going to try and find an all weather leather jacket with a liner and give the yoshi to my dad. He's been dressing like a squid lately even though he had an accident last year at Angeles Crest, seperated shoulder.

btw, are riding jackets supposed to be short on the front ? my yoshi jacket barley covers my jeans but the sleeves and everything else is fine.

yeah, the sport cut jackets are short in the front. i wish they were a little longer. i bought a 3/4 scorpion jacket from new enough that goes down lower.

i am in the process of returning it though because the size chart seems a bit off. it is too big.

^ I see, thanks. I mean I guess its supposed to fit like that so it doesn't bunch up while riding but it looks kind of funny when im just wearing it around.

All my dealings with New Enough have been great. Shipping and service impeccable! Only one downside...... I live in Texas, they are stationed in Texas and I get dinged with state taxes....

I've ordered 4 times from NE, and never had any problems of any kind.
I won't order from anyone else online anymore as a matter of fact.

I've bought from Kneedraggers and Extremesupply as well, but while kneedraggers had what I wanted, they took far longer than NE to ship. Extremesupply didn't have what I wanted, and had to call me up to offer me another item!

New Enough has been spot-on every time!

My wife just received a Michael Jordan jacket today from newenough.com at a sickly cheap price. This isn't the first time we've ordered from them and it won't be the last.

Noche took it a bit further, and we did get a response. IIRC, we need 3000 members before they consider adding forum-type sites. Whatever it was, we weren't there yet, but I have the number/name of the guy to talk to at newenough when we do get larger.
