ATGATT!

Looked like quite a fall, doesn't appear that he hit his head though, hope he's ok.

It is okay. He has to move around a lot, and that's the quickest way for him.

He had way too many wheels under him. All you need are two wheels on the track lol.

This is acceptable at a track/trackday??? Good reason alone not to do a TD and have an assclown rollerblading where the bikes are coming on/off track

He is in charge of pit lane. He uses them because he has to send people out on to the track, and run around doing many other things. The blades help him get there quickly.

He uses them to send people out onto the track? Sounds and evidently looks like a goofy operation

I've done grid for a race day. I've also played a *lot* of roller hockey. I can see the temptation. But there's no way in hell I'd wear blades in the hot pit/staging area. Walking/running is the right speed for interacting with motorcycles in close proximity. If he's got too much to do, they need an extra body.

Lol...
I understand the why and what happened... Next time he needs his helmet.

I have done a couple of track days, he needs a helper that is skilled and a radio.

Roller blades are a stupid idea, worse thing he was trying do spins or something.

Get a pit bike or scooter, and wear some protective gear.

And don't act like a douche, the job he has is an important one with a big focus on safety, your not meant to look like Xanado.

I see a few perfectionists in this thread. Fact is, hot pit can and will have a number of points of concern at any given time. From humans, cones, scooters, bikes, parked moto's, tool carts, umbrella girls ect.. ect.. ect.. Hot pit is part of the track yes, but it is not the place for speed.

He fell, laugh and move on, there is no real concern here... your local wal-mart parking lot is more dangerous.

I give him a 8.5 on the dismount though.
