practice on a dirt bike first. as you can see, it can get ugly (highside) when you don't execute it perfectly on a hard surface. dirt or gravel is much more forgiving when done with a dirt bike with the proper tires.

That vid makes me wish for the 990cc and 500cc 2-stroke eras of GP racing. The only time you see them out of line and spinning up the tire nowadays is if they've made a terrible mistake.

I don't know if the engine or all the electronics is the problem, but I'd agree that this year's GP has been less than dramatic. Nice vid, too - I'd forgotten what Rossi looked like in Honda colors!

i would have to say its prob more of the electronics than the motors.

so are they loading the front and getting on the throttle at the same time? or is that all throttle?

Most of these are on corner exit, so I'd venture those are all throttle. 250+ hp in a 330 pound machine can sure whip those tires around, especially is the grip goes off in the later laps of a race.
