Bike Week at Myrtle Beach, SC officially dead.

Never had the chance to go to it.. Hopefully this doesn't happen to Sturgis (which I still want to go to)

That is realy a shame. I have never been to any large bike rallys.
The South Central Rally will be my first and hopefuly it will grow.

Your not mising much. Most people just drink the entire time with limited riding (well from bar to bar). It is fun to say you've been there and it's great to see all the bikes but as far as riding you would be better off going places where there isn't a huge gathering. If you go to one of these events go early and leave early.

The rally at Myrtle Beach is not dead, it is just not inside the city limits of Myrtle Beach now. Most of the venues were already outside of the city limits anyway.
