Well not really, I still own my zx-10r and R6 but I picked up a 2010 250 for some class racing, It's funner to go fast on a slow bike, then slow on a fast bike....

It sat for about 3 years so I'm going through the dreaded carb work and getting it to not bog off idle.

So I signed up here to get the tips and tricks..I am on many other forums with the same name, I'm usually known for my decals and shirts/hoodies I make.

Listen to @csmith12.

Not only does he know his stuff, he's given to using words like "funner" a lot.

Hello!
Just one question, when you are going fast on a slow bike is it the same speed as slow on a fast bike?

That all depends on the road that you're riding on.

Some times a slow bike can go faster through a stretch of road than a faster bike.. I do it most if not all the time on my pre-gen Ninja vs other riders on faster bikes on the same stretch of road.

Confidence in your ride trumps large engine displacement.

Welcome aboard! Oddly enough, I generally ride at about a 5-10 mph faster pace on my 300 opposed to my 600. Hahaha, I don't know why.. maybe because its a new bike. Either way, these little bikes are tons of fun!

Slower/more nimble/smaller displacement engine bike can be faster through twisties than mega displacement/top speed/HP bike.. not that hard to imagine.
