What would you say is fair price?

2008 Ninjette, bone stock, 1350 miles, oil is pretty well black but doesn't smell bad, small Crack in the fairing but no drag marks so it was probably dropped up against a wall or something. Needs a new turn signal (it was probably leaned on more than one wall as it's the opposite side....) but all in all clean. Only needs 1 bolt/nut that holds the fairing (I think) together behind the front wheel.
What would you say is a fair price? In Illinois if that helps

$2k, be a bit worried about the number of miles. 7 years later maybe 1 oil change all the rubber parts are probably rotting from the inside because of the fluids not flowing.

Under $2k sounds reasonable, $1600 would be considered a really good deal

Very low miles - you may have issues from lack of fluidity.. I would think like 1750 is a good number, I would try for less though.

I got my wrecked 2010 for $300 now I'm going Down the list. Just got new fork which was $224. Need rear sets. And all the fairings. I won't spend more then $1000 and that will include a new exhaust...

I would start at $1200 and make sure to make it a point the oil is bad lol. From what read the oil in bikes looks black the minute you replace. Also bring up valve adjustments and tuning. Just try to sound really smart and how the bike might not sell for anymore the blank amount. Then pull out you cash and start counting it

If it's any use, I paid 2100 a few weeks ago for a 2009 with 5k miles. Bone stock, perfect condition, zero fairing damage etc. And I didn't exactly steal it at that price either tbh...I could possibly have gotten it for a little less. For a bike with some damage that's been sitting, I'd agree with the sub-2000 estimates.

EDIT...wait, this thread is 2 months old!
