I know some people who have taken the advanced class around here. Can't remember if they did highway riding though. And while they will teach this class to anyone with a license, a bike, and the fee, I think it may be more beneficial if you have more time in the saddle. The instructor for the basic class said that they don't recommend anyone taking the advanced class until they have at least a solid year of riding experience. Not sure if this was an official or unofficial recommendation though, but it makes a lot of sense to me.

I'm exactly where you are on this! Yea....I felt the same about....EVERYTHING. lol. I think they should have focused more on some "street" riding....but whatever....live and learn.

thanks guys....it was nerve wrecking. lol i had fun and wanted to keep going...but i was shaking pretty bad. only had to stop cause i had to go to work....but it was pretty awesome to know i was doing it all by myself!
