Fair price for good condition plastics.

I am thinking about buying a pre-gen with the goal being to turn it into a "streetfighter". Therefore I would be selling off the plastics to help recoup some of the upfront cost of the bike.

I would probably go the Ebay route, and was wondering what a fair starting price would be on the individual pieces?

Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

Your best bet is to make a list of the pieces and see what people on this site will offer you for them. I am sure there are some people here that need some plastics. Also list what color they are.

Thanks for the reply I will do that. I would much rather give the "community" first shot at them. As much as I would like, I can't afford to give them away either.

You are already doing the community a favor by listing the parts here, first. That is much appreciated.

List the parts individually and what you think is a fair price and if it's too much, I'm sure you'll know by the lack of response or by the bitching that goes on in thread.

When you do list, though... be sure to do so in the "marketplace" forum.

I will do that. I will probably do some research to see what equivalent parts are selling for on Ebay, then offer a discount here.
