New Oklahoma Rider

Hey there,

Just thought I'd let everyone here know that after years of stalking Ninjette.org, I have FINALLY given in. At the beginning of this summer, I took the MSFC, bought a 2009 Ninja 250r with 156 miles, and have since added another 1,000 miles to it. The next logical step was to finally become a member of this forum, so here I am.

I'm from the Lawton/Ft. Sill area in Oklahoma. If you're not familiar with it, you're not missing much. I'm a young rider in my 20's so the little ninja seemed like the perfect bike to learn on and have not regretted my decision! Anyways, thanks for letting me introduce myself and thanks for all who have contributed to this site over the years. All your posts convinced me to go with the ninja instead of the Hyosung gt250

You're right! I thought I had made up my mind to go with the Hyosung since it was cheaper and seemed bigger (I'm 6'2" and thought the ninja might be too small), but I couldn't ignore the difference in community support and DIY's.
