Nice image but:
Don't you love PR wordplay

"One of the top three causes"
ie Back in Third place

The two main causes being? We are not told but I suggest you go for them first.

I don't drink and ride and I don't know others that do either. I wouldn't like the public to be given that impression of us.

Here is a breakdown of the 1754 uk road deaths. (2012)
Note that only 280 of them "involve" a DUI (and drink is not necessarily the cause)
http://www.rospa.com/faqs/detail.aspx?faq=298

Note 2 In the rospa article DUI is placed second in the list but is statistically fourth place at 280 below two 300s and a 400.
This is the way government bodies manipulate information to give the impression they want to a casual reader.

More accidents occur from people who are NOT drunk/high than so from those who are. There's some statistics for you.

Indeed Ninja Girl 86% of accidents are caused by sober drivers. Something must be done

thats what I was going to say, I'm liking those Honda sport-tourers. Nice saddlebags, and the LEOs are wearing some good gear too.

That's definitely WA state. I like the fact that they wear gear up here. I've talked with a MC cop when I lived there, and he was making fun of his CA buddy because apparently in the CA dept he worked for, if it started raining, he was required to pull off and call a truck to take them back to the station.

If they did that in WA, they'd never get to ride!

I think those are custom made Aerostitch suits that WA uses.

These cops don't look stupid. Maybe goofy but not stupid.

nose test works pretty well

the other tests only prove that the person is a user not necessarily that they are high at that moment, unless they've improved them

neither of those prove the person is under the influence at the time...

Saw a cage pulled over on I-5 this morning. I tried to get a better look at the bike as I went by, but it looks like they've switched to the Concourse here in OR. Nice looking bike.

So, if your drunk, you're like, two times safer.
