This member believes that “I” statements followed by “you” could, should, can’t, are or need is arrogant, disrespectful and judgmental of the person to whom they are addressing.
“I” statements ONLY belong in conversation as it relates only to the speakers experiences, emotions or beliefs and never as a foundation to diminish another’s experiences, emotions or beliefs. But again, I'll fall short from time to time, so keep the rolled up newspaper handy.  Quote:
