That didn't look like Boston to me. More like Somerville. Why didn't you pull up next to him when you two stopped? I always pull up and say "Hi", even to scooters and Harleys. That way if they pull some stupid move you can hit their kill button and take off.

Saw a wheelie on the Interstate when taking my bike back home from the dealer 680 miles away. He kept falling back in line with me but I was on my break in so I wasn't even doing the speed limit, which frustrated him (he clearly wanted me to follow). That was 2008 and people had no idea it was a 250.
People kept falling in with me as I passed through Atlanta too but I refused to speed up. Eventually I came up on a horrific bike accident that was probably one of the people I saw earlier. It was a heck of a ride (my first since the MSF days earlier). |
