ZZR250 gear and rear brake levers

Hello, everyone!

Long time reader, first time poster over here.

I have recently obtained a ZZR250, which is in a not-that-bad condition. I bought it to build a cafe-racer/streetbike daily driver and I am sooooo happy with it. I hope that I can soon show you my progress and share my work.

The gear selector and rear brake pedals (also called selectors or levers) are in really bad shape. I am actually concerned that they might cause an incident if I do not change them.

I would be really grateful if someone around helps me to find a replacement part, which will fit the Kawi. I have checked a lot of E-bay listings, but most of the "universal" levers are completely different.

I could be wrong but I think only the EX500 levers will fit the 250. I never see aftermarket levers for the 250 (although I only look for adjustable).

This is bad news.

How about a whole rearset?

Will it be hard to fit a "universal" one?
