Danmoto Jisu install problems?

Hey guys I have to post this quick so excuse my mistakes. I was installing the Jisu on my ninja and everything was going good up until I got to the mounting bracket. For some reason it didn't fit around the whole muffler. I'm not sure if I'm putting it the wrong way or if it's something else. I'll attach some pictures when I get back from work.

Images here. http://imgur.com/a/vyqPY Is it long enough?

I didn't think it would either when I put mine on, but instead of going at it the way you're doing, put the other side against the hole and put the bolt in the other end, wrap it around, and just muscle it into the hole, the bracket will have to bend to conform to the exhaust.

Don't forget about the rubber piece to protect the finish. And btw, the exhaust will change colors from black due to the heat.

I got it sorted out! Thanks guys! Turns out that bracket was for the wrong model. I emailed them and they're sending a replacement.
